Hi I’m Terri and I believe we all have a purpose in life, and that is to have the freedom to live our best life.
Your past doesn't define you — it prepares you. My life, like so many other women, has been filled with pivotal moments, enduring hardship, despair, fear and heartache, but each experience has led to a deeper understanding of healing and resilience. After years of pursuing personal growth and self-development, I came across Transformational Therapy, the key that finally unlocked true healing for myself and many of my clients.
This experience has been so profound that it has now became my mission, to share it with other likeminded women around the world.
My Vision is to empower women to live their best lives, and to redefine what it means to contribute to a more equitable, healthy, environmentally sustainable world where everyone can lead rich, fulfilling lives.

We’ve talked about self-love and self-confidence, and to be honest it all comes back to one major thing: our health. It feels like this is the moment—this mid-life period—that really determines how we're going to feel for the rest of our lives.

I feel like everything we've talked about—self-love, confidence, and health—all comes together under one big umbrella: well-being. It's not just about one thing, but about taking a holistic approach to how we live our lives.
Lovability
Just the idea of lovability for mid-life women is something that is really powerful and positive. Lovability is about redefining what it means to be desirable and loved, moving away from societal pressures and embracing a new, more authentic kind of beauty and worth.
Intentional Living
In previous chats we have looked at self-awareness, self-love, self-confidence, and health and well-being. It all leads to this final point that ties everything together beautifully: intentional living.
I think this is the key to moving forward from this point in our lives.
